Damon Smith, Attorney Bankruptcy<\/h4>

Mr. Damon Smith began practicing law in Florence Alabama in 1998 and has handled a few thousand cases concerning Bankruptcy and Divorce. He is a 1997 Graduate of The Birmingham School of Law where he received a Juris Doctorate in Law. Damon Smith Graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992 with a Masters in Social Work and from the University of North Alabama in 1990 with a Bachelor\u2019s of Science in Social Work. He worked as a Therapist and Social Worker in various areas before and during Law School. He went to Coffee High School and Graduated in 1986. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Leslie Cooper, Legal Assistant Bankruptcy<\/h4>

Leslie Cooper is Damon Smith and Associates\u2019 newest Legal Assistant. Leslie grew up in central Florida. While growing up her grandparents took her every summer in the camper to travel. By the time she was a teenager, she had been to every state in the United States! That passion for traveling led Leslie to north Alabama, and eventually to Florence. Leslie enjoys her off time with her two teenaged sons. They keep her on her toes! Leslie hopes to soon take the Paralegal exam and continues to work diligently under Mr. Smith\u2019s supervision. She is a rising star!<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Amanda Weckerly is our Receptionist at Damon Smith Associates L.L.C. She was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Alabama in 1999. She has 15 years of excellent customer service experience. Proficient in Excel, Office, Power Point, and Word. She is detail oriented, very dedicated to her work, and meeting the demands of all involved. She loves to learn and is excited to continue growing and building within our law office. She loves spending time with her family in Cullman and seeing her friends as much as possible. She has a love for animals, the beach, coffee, reading, bowling, and relaxing at home watching a good movie with loved ones.
