My name is Damon Smith. I have been a Lawyer in Alabama for the last 14 years practicing primarily in the area of Bankruptcy and Divorce. I have an Associate Attorney working with me in the Florence office named Nicholas Gajewski. He handles our cases in Florence, Sheffield,  Muscle Shoals and Tuscumbia and the Counties of Franklin, Morgan & Limestone. I handle cases in the Birmingham area.  I have always believed in advertising my fees and my fee schedule is listed below. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy $600 plus Court Cost.

Chapter 13 Debtors Court no upfront Attorney fee.

Uncontested Divorce $450 plus Court Costs.

Please bring the information requested in the CH13 Debtors Court, CH7 Bankruptcy or Divorce section above to your first office visit. If you do we may be able to complete the required documents while you wait.
