HOW LONG WILL THE DIVORCE TAKE?
Generally a few days to draft the documents once an agreement is made. The court will generall hold the documents 30
days after filing before sending them to the judges office for signature/review in an uncontested case. In a contested case I
would estimate from four months to two years.
