ABOUT US
I practice out of my office in Florence . We have two legal
assistants Kay, Ladonna. I have been practicing law for 10
years primarily in the area of Bankruptcy and Divorce.
I have always believed in advertising my fees to allow
potential clients the opportunity to compare my fees with
other attorney fees.
When comparing our fees with other lawyers fees you will
find ours to be considerably lower than most, this is for two
reasons. The first reason is competition . The second is we
have developed a very efficient method for obtaining
information from clients which saves time. Saving time
enables us to see more clients which increases our income.
When a client comes to the office with one of our
questionnaires completed we will usually be able to work out
the issues in the case right then and avoid multiple
appointments which saves time and money, which we pass
on to our clients by keeping our fees low.
Contested cases take more time, however I handle them in
an efficient manner by providing clients with various
questionnaires concerning information I will need to handle
the case. Once again saving time.
I have represented over 1000 clients in Bankruptcy cases
and well over a 2000 clients in Divorce cases.
